Christy Nguyen on Instagram: "Mayak Eggs - Korean marinated eggs Ingredients: 18 eggs 3/4 cup soy sauce 3/4 cup water 1/3 cup agave 3 tbsp mirin 1.5 tbsp Korean pepper powder 2 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp minced garlic 3 tbsp chopped green onions 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds Optional: 2 Serrano chili’s thinly sliced Boil eggs for about 6 minutes for soft boiled eggs. Wait until the water comes to a boil, then add the eggs in. Let it sit in an ice bath for 10 minutes. (I’m a big fan of using an egg cooker because there’s no timing involved) Add eggs into the sauce, mix then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Keep in the fridge for up to 4 days. Enjoy with a bowl of steamed rice! #eggs #mayakeggs #koreaneggs #recipe#recipes"

It only takes 4 ingredients and will taste like something straight out of a Japanese restaurant. Please try it with some yuzu kosho, it’s so so good. Using kitchen tools from @wearegoodmaison Marinade: 1 tbsp mirin 1 tbsp Japanese soy sauce 1 tsp shiro dashi 1 tbsp sugar Bake fan mode (convection) 180°C, 15 mins. Remove bok choy from baking tray. Healthy Food Prep 🌱🍳🥗🍝 on Instagram: "5-minute feta fried eggs 🍳 by @graceelkus This barely needs a recipe but here goes: Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Crumble in feta (~1.5 oz or 1/3 cup) around perimeter Immediately crack an egg into the center and season with black pepper and red pepper flakes (no need to add salt, the feta is plenty salty) Cover pan and cook, reducing heat if necessary, until white is set, yolk is still runny, and cheese is unbelievably crispy. Serve atop toast, with hash browns, or my personal favorite: in a charred tortilla with avocado and lime. potato, egg, and cheese tacos, another weeknight staple 🧀 P.S.: this works with practically any hard cheese (think Parmesan frico!) and probably other crumbly ones, too You can oil the skillet
