Last nights dinner, hake with beurre blanc, olive oil mash with basil lemon and cheese, mint an lemon french beans.
Authentic Tagliatelle Alla Bolognese, simply deelish!
Olive oil mash with basil and tarragon, peas done with butter, mint and pistachio oil then added to mash. Plaice pan fried in mix of olive oil and butter, accompanied by an olive oil, butter, garlic, parsley and caper sauce.
Pan Fried Hake with Butter Lemon Sauce on a bed of olive oil mash and Garlic Prawns.
Pan fried cod wrapped in prosciutto accompanied by a potato gratin in pistachio oil with parmesan shavings and red onion. Broccoli boiled and tossed in organic olive oil and lightly seasoned.
