Prawn curry with homemade Naan bread
Coconut Prawn Curry: I used 1 cup water 2 cloves of garlic, 2 dashes fish sauce, and squeeze of lemon for broth. Curry: 2 tsp curry powder 1 tsp garam masala, all other spices, mushrooms, peppers, tomato (add at end) shrimp (sauteed with spices added) I used coconut milk no sugar 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste 2 tsp red curry paste

Zesty Hummus Dip ingredients: 2 (15 ounce) cans organic chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed 1 teaspoon lemon zest 2½ tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon water 1 teaspoon sea salt 2 cloves garlic 1/3 cup olive oil plus 2 tablespoons, plus 2 tablespoons to drizzle over top as garnish ¼ teaspoon ground cumin ¼ teaspoon paprika ¼ teaspoon dry oregano
