The Irish Republic Flag
This beautiful road lies on the sycamore road in the north Dublin suburb of Finglas. It commemorates the 4 irish flags used in the Easter Rising. This “Irish republican flag was risen on the roof of the General Post Office by Lieutenant Eamonn Bulfin who was later sentenced to Death ( but narrowly escaped due to his Argentinian Citizenship ). The Irish Republic Flag is still seen to this day in many north suburbs of Dublin where the people tend to be more nationalist.
