Secure lid & set cook time 90 min. Release pressure, remove Beef & rest to cool 20 min. Drain half the liquid, shred Beef back to cooker w/3 cloves minced Garlic, 1/2 a Red Onion &1 Hatch Pepper-opt. Secure lid & re-set cook time to 10 min. Release pressure & enjoy!
