Home Made Sweet Potato Chews • 1 Large Sweet Potato, washed & dried. Preheat oven to 250° F Line a sheet w parchment paper. Cut potato into 1/3" slices, no smaller than 1/4". Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 3 hours, turning half way through. Cool completely on a wire rack. (for additional Crunch... let cool to test then put back in oven for 20-30 mins.) Cool & serve! Store in Refrigerator up to 3 weeks or Freezer up to 5 weeks.
