Garlic and rosemary chicken. For chicken (4 boneless skinless breasts): crush 6 garlic cloves into a paste then add the leaves from 2-3 sprigs of rosemary and coat chicken with this. Combine with 4 tbsp olive oil and let chicken breasts marinade a while. Fry for 3-4 min per side, or until cooked through.
