Beaulieu | Newport, RI. The summer "cottage" of Gen Cornelius (III) and Mrs. Grace Wilson Vanderbilt purchased from William Waldorf Astor. His son later bought their 640 Fifth Ave residence from the Vanderbilts. With 16 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and 10 servants rooms over the stables it was smaller than most Vanderbilt "cottages."
