Recipe 👇 1 kg potatoes Sea salt Mixed chopped herbs 3tbsp butter Olive oil 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. 2. Place the potatoes between 2 x metal straws, thick skewers or chop sticks. 3. Thinly slice the potatoes down stopping at the bottom when you hit the straw or skewer. 4. Place the potatoes into a baking tray and spray with olive oil. Bake for 60 minutes. 5. Turn the oven up to 210 degrees Celsius. 6. Melt the butter in a sauce pan and add the minced garlic. Remove after 1 minute. 7. Baste each potato in the butter mixture. 8. Place back into the oven and bake for another 30 minutes basting with the butter in the baking tray every 10 minutes. 9.
