Number Poem - Handwriting Without Tears Style
This is a poem I made for my students to read and practice writing their numbers in the Handwriting Without Tears style. I model each number on the board one at a time while saying the rhyme and then have my students practice by using their fingers to draw on the palm of their hand.

Name graph. Math and Literacy combined activity. As children grow developmentally can do same activity with last names. Great for learning about graphing! You could definitely adapt for each grade level depending upon the skill being used (i.e. you could have 4th or 5th graders create line plots, pie charts, etc.)
