Wooden Bench in Southwest-Style Home
This earthy entryway features a bench, or banco, popular in Pueblo revival homes. Bancos are built-in plastered benches usually placed near a kiva fireplace, a semicircular adobe fireplace in the corner of a room. The bench provides a comfortable place to sit around the warmth of the fire.
