Ingredients- • 2 red bell peppers • 1/4 cup feta cheese • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp honey • 1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes • Pinch of salt • Pinch of pepper • (Optional) 1/3 cup pasta water Directions- • 1. Roast the red peppers at 380F for • 40 minutes or until the skin looks charred. • 2. Remove the bell pepper's skin & the stems & add to a blender. • 3. Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, feta, chili pepper flakes, & honey to the blender. (Add the pasta water to make the sauce thinner if you prefer.) • 4. Blend until creamy. • 5. Serve with pasta of choice & enjoy!
