BEFORE - so here's the builder grade #stairs as they came with the house. First thing that needs to go: the nasty old carpet. Second: I'm kind of over the ten year old black frames. They may get some #spraypaint treatment. Third: I would LOVE to do some kind of woodworking for the wall surface here, but can't decide what I want.
