Freestyle - High Elbow Drills
Maintaining a high elbow position, especially during the pull phase of the freestyle, is a fundamental technique that significantly enhances swimming efficiency and speed. This is one of my fav drills. You can start by both arms and then to single arm with body rotation. Do it with snorkel if u have. Practice this every session of ur swim now! If you’re looking to build strength, while focusing on smooth recovery, check out this drill that helps with body control 🔥 Move your arms/hands slowly across the water while kicking strong to ensure you don’t allow yourself to sink; this takes patience & practice ✨ If you’ve already done this drill a million times find something in it to focus on that the next time to ensure it’s picture perfect.
