Kelly Pettit on Instagram: "Salt & Vin-tini 🧂 There’s just something about the pairing of martinis and caviar during the holiday season that hits just right 🥄 one of my favorite ways to enjoy caviar is with salt & vinegar chips and crème fraiche, so I thought, why not make a salt & vinegar martini? 2 oz gin .5 oz dry vermouth 1 barspoon white wine vinegar (go lightly - a little goes a long way!) 1/2 tsp saline solution* Saline solution: 4:1 ratio (hot water:salt). Bring 1 cup water to a boil and add in 1/4 cup salt. Stir until salt dissolves, then remove from heat. Store in a bottle in the fridge and add a drop or two to cocktails to elevate the flavor!
