Cooking With Evan on Instagram: "Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls We used an air fryer on this. Take a cooked rotisserie chicken and shred the meat. Add 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, one cup of cheddar, half a cup of green onions, chopped, couple of tablespoons of sour cream, and a cup of your favorite buffalo sauce. Mix everything together and set aside. Take your egg, wrappers and wet the edges , for extra cheesiness I added some Monterey jack and topped it with the chicken mixture, then carefully roll into an eggroll as shown in the video.
