One of my favourite muscle groups to train! I think this is one of those muscles that women often under train. Simply doing a few exercises per week in a total body workout, is not going to help you sculpt and tone this area. Remember, volume is the driver of hypertrophy which means that we need lots of sets of tricep exercises in a given week, in order to see that muscle adapt and grow. Anywhere between 10-20 sets per week. The app was closing on that specific phone and we couldn’t figure out why. I had to have it fixed before we launched which was heart breaking, but I want this to be right. It’s been about 4 weeks but the developers figured it out and we were testing the update last week.
