This hardy, evergreen shrub will bring interest to your garden all year round. Thriving in shade, it will endure dry soils and coastal areas living in inhospitable conditions despite its tropical look. With large, glossy leaves and hints of yellow and gold, from April to May, the shrub has small red-brown flowers followed by bright red berries into the autumn, brightening those difficult shaded areas of the garden.
