The osprey is one of the birds you may see at our natural burial grounds in Scotland. We have sightings at Cothiemuir Hill. There have also been sightings at Delliefure. They love fish and are usually seen near water during their autumn migration. They are not a common bird as they were driven to extinction in the 19th century when they were hunted and their eggs taken by collectors.
