Since I bake 40-50 loaves a week now, it’s been a much-needed skill I’ve had to learn. Here’s my full tutorial! Equipment: 1. @bakingsteel Baking Steel Plus (linked in my bio) 2. Pizza peel to launch the bread easily into the oven. I’m using the Baking Steel Plus peel, as it’s the perfect size for 4 loaves. 3. Kettle with boiling water 4. Towel to cover glass while pouring water. You don’t want to get any water on the glass, it could shatter! 5. Pan with lava rocks. Alternatively you can use rolled up towels in a pan. 6.
