Fire hydrants are an important exercise to know if you’re looking to build your glutes. As you can imagine, it is called the fire hydrant because it looks as though you are a dog urinating on the classic fire hydrant! Hydrants with leg extensions Begin on all fours with knees hip-width apart and your hands directly below your shoulders. Keeping the knee bent to a 90-degree angle, lift your left leg out to the left side, then extend it. Pause for 2 seconds before bending the knee again, then bring the leg back to the starting position and repeat. Perform 3 sets of 20 reps on each side. I’ve been doing these glute resistance band exercises for yearsssss… they always set my glutes on fire 🔥I do recommend getting a wider resistance band because this one kinda hurt 😅the best part about these exercises is that you can switch it up. you can do just donkey kicks alone as it’s own exercise or just fire hydrants alone. as far as the donkey kick pulses go, I like doing these at the very end for a last push. you can even do fire hydrant pulses too.reps/sets:✅ donkey kicks x fire hydran Glute Resistance Band, Fire Hydrants, Reps And Sets, Band Exercises, Donkey Kicks, Male Fitness Models, Workout Memes, Resistance Band Exercises, Female Fitness Model
