Hello everyone, Giovanna here today. Lately I am very into fabric and slow stitching. I love to gel print on fabric! You get such beautiful and unique patterns (like my infamous sleeve protectors that are gel printed, of course). For this project, I used the GelliArts® Assorted Mini Plate Class Pack. This is only the second print using the Gelelf Gel Plate and my first time doing anything remotely close to a magazine transfer. When I tested that catalog, pretty much every page worked, not just the heavy dark ink pages. In this print Chrysanthemums were turned into Daisies 😂 but I love the end result. The details and colors worked out so well! I might frame this one! 🖼️🌼 * For this print I used my 8”x10” @gelliarts gel printing plate and @araacrylics * I added a few drops of slow dry medium (Ara) in the first layer * I let every layer dry before adding a new layer * The paper is 300gr Bristol * I left the paper on the plate until everything was completely dry * I turned the whole package over and peeled the plate from the paper instead of the paper from the plate to keep it flat and avoid folds/wrinkles Thanks so much for Jelly Plate Art, Gel Press Printing, Jelly Printing, Jelly Print, Gelly Plate, Gelli Printing Tutorials, Birgit Koopsen, Gel Printing Plate, Gelli Printing Techniques
