Grey tile fireplace with wood mantle

I picked out white porcelain (similar looking to marble) tiles for my fireplace surround which will also have a white wood frame and mantle. The pieces are 24 x 24... I'm having doubts because I hate the look of caulk and the pieces won't line up! Not sure what I'm doing here. Please help?
