HEAT RASH, or “PRICKLY HEAT” is a condition that is caused when clothing/our skin is restricting sweat from being released from the pores of our skin. It is usually during very hot climates. This is my case of heat rash, and I got it from wearing a wrist band at Warped Tour and it was HOT AS HELL 🔥 it itches bad and bumps have formed. It is so annoying and embarrassing. I’ve tried taking a Benadryl capsule and using Benadryl itch gel, and Gold Bond cream, too! Idk what to use, next!
