Mod Podge Recipe: 50/50 Elmer's Glue/Water. Very runny, but seems to work as well as store bought. I tried adding 1 T water-based glossy varnish as suggested to make the glossy version, but it did not add a shine. Used my regular glossy Mod Podge for the top coat.
