What would you add to yours? Rough recipe ingredients - 3 tbsp szechuan chilli flakes - 3 cloves garlic - handful coriander - 300ml vegetable oil - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp sugar - 1 tsp msg METHOD - Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, making sure to chop the garlic and coriander - Heat the vegetable oil in a pot until it reaches 200 degrees Celsius - Pour into the bowl with ingredients and stir - Leave to cool for 30-45 mins and transfer to a jug before pouring into the jar - Stir together and store in the fridge, stir before each use - The chilli crisp bits will float to the bott How To Make Chilli Oil, Chilli Oil Recipe, Chilli Crisp, How To Make Chilli, Chilli Oil, Chilli Recipes, Chili Oil, Chilli Flakes, Recipe Ingredients
