Photographing spices has enchanted me more than anything else. The colors, textures, aromas, and history—they are the soul of food. It’s the flavors that come through the spices that truly define a dish. I must have thousands upon thousands of images of spices in my archives. Whenever I need motivation or want to spark my creativity, I grab some spices and start photographing. Each spice tells a story, and capturing that essence keeps me not just inspired, but I loose myself in it…
