#jellyfish #halloween # how i made it!! i used some like childs bridal dress for the hat and then i cut off the skirt, and since i have no clue how to sew i just glued it on with hot glue, under that is a cardbosrd poece with a hole in it for where my head went, i will be using white streamers just from like the dollar store for the strands and all together the hat took probably about 6-8 hours!! there r 3 layers in the hat part btww
