This year for Halloween I was Mary Poppins. To create the costume, I used a blouse, jacket, and shoes from my own wardrobe. The bow tied was just a red ribbon I had in a drawer and I found the hat, which I later decorated with silk flowers, at a vintage shop. I found the skirt the night before at the thrift store. Normally I have bangs, so it took quite a bit of hairspray and technique to get my hair to look like this! haha
