The mixture is a south Indian snack for festivals and other days. The deep fried crunchy, savoury snack now doubt is very very tasty. It is the deep fried part that makes trouble. So, it is either a bowl of low oil kara pori (rice puffs mixture) or avalakkchiwda that I resort to during these times. Millet Granola

* 3 cups millet flakes (Millet flakes cannot be made at home, amazon or big basket has them)
* 1 cup nuts of choice- I’ve used cashews and almonds roughly chopped
* 3/4 cup seeds of choice- I’ve used pumpkin and sunflower seeds. You can also use sesame, peanuts etc

Healthy Guiltfree Recipes on Instagram: "Millet Granola ✨ 

1 cup shopped mixed nuts
1/4 cup Little millet flakes
1/4 cup Ragi flakes
1/4 cup Jowar flakes
1/4 cup Rolled Oats
2 tbsp Cacao nibs
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp Vanilla
4 to 6 tbsp Unsweetened almond butter 
6 to 8 tbsp Date Syrup 

Preheat Oven @180 for 5 minutes, bake @180 for 12-15 minutes.
