INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Head of Cauliflower, florets
Panko breadcrumbs
4 Tbsp Plain Flour
2 Tbsp Cornflour
1 Tsp Garlic Salt
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Salt
3 Garlic, minced
1/2 Red Pepper, finely diced
1/2 Red Onion, finely diced

SAUCE:
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp Sriracha
1/2 Tsp Sugar

METHOD:
1. Parboil the cauliflower florets for 8-10 minutes. For the batter combine plain flour, cornflour, chilli powder, garlic powder and salt, gradually adding water until it’s a thick batter. Coat the parboiled cauliflower and coat in panko breadcrumbs placing in the AirFryer to cook at 180°C for 18-22 minutes
