Splitcoast stampers cards galleries

This has been my favorite stamp for a long long time, you can't make an ugly card with it!!! This sketch challenges me - cuz all sketches challenge me.....I guess I am one of the ones who doesn't like SO many layers.....but then when I actually make one I end up liking it okay. :) Picking your favorite stamp to work with helps!! :) This is a made before work card......I went to bed so early that I woke up at the crack of dawn and thought, why lay in bed when I could be stamping?? ;) Hope…

This past week was my friend Cheryl's birthday. I made this for her several weeks ago and of course waited to post it after her special day. Happy Birthday again, Cheryl !!

Today's CAS challenge is HEARTS - a perfect chance to use the Sweet n' Sassy Hearts die set - I love these! I used various scraps of dp to make up sort of a retro combo and sponged around the edges with Ranger Distress ink, which I also used to sponge a strip after masking. Added a few buttons for interest and dimension and rounded the upper corners.

I created this card for the Featured Stamper challenge. Justcrazy had many great cards, but since I favor the Clean & Simple style, I CASED this card: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2123965?&cat=500&ppuser=81814 I changed the colors, the stamp and the sentiment, but I think I stayed true to her design.

Side step cards are so much fun. This one incorporates two stamp sets from Mark's Finest Papers -- a new one (Autumn Glory) and an old one (Autumn Fun).
