Whether that is with or without medication, staying steady with your hormones is important.  Functional ranges are more narrow than conventional and better represent ideal thyroid function.   My recommendation is to track your thyroid labs over time, compare them to functional ranges, learn where YOU feel your best, and do what you can to maintain those levels.
