Yes, also on tiny islands we have problems with trash and people littering. I have a feeling that the tourists that come here are more concerned with the nature than the locals themselves. I see more than often that local people leave their trash on the beach, where waves will take it upon the sea and usually either a bird or turtle will eat the garbage and suffocate.
