❗️The key is to understand the resistance profiles and do the right exercises that actually make the triceps work, not the db kickbacks, those are pretty bad.

👉The triceps to be challenged in the lengthened range need a form of shoulder flexion, so any over head exercise will do the trick, here we have the single or double arm over head extensions OR skullcrushers!

👉To overload the shortened range we need a form of shoulder extension so the modified DB kickback does just that!!
