I've not gone vegan (yet), but I just drawn to high vibe foods as they are making me feel so much better :) This is such a treat - it's a vegan hot chocolate. So soothing yet healthy. It's 300ml dairy free milk (I use oat milk), 2 Tbs cacao, 2 Tbs almond butter (I used peanut butter), 2 tsp vanilla extract & 2Tbs honey (I use date syrup, but I'll be changing that to coconut sugar) & lastly the zest of 1/2 orange.
