The way we understand people starts by understanding their culture. How a persons culture influences how they think and behave gives us a better understanding of our own culture and beliefs. We might not think we have a particular culture that we subscribe to, but we are all influenced by something greater thatn ourselves.

#BucketList - Holi, India Also known as the festival of colors and love, this vivid spring festival brings all people together. The social barriers break completely, friend or stranger, rich or poor, men or women, children or elders, Hindu or not, all people come together to celebrate the end of the winter season. And most important to celebrate that everyone is the same!

My Spiritual Aspect : this picture depicts my bright beautiful Indian culture. Our cultures form a lot of who we are, and don't necessarily have a link to our religion. This picture is from a popular Indian festival, Diwali which is means "the festival of lights" To me Diwali means spending times with my loved ones and almost like a culmination of the year and the one month fast I observe before Diwali.
