AMRAP stands for As Many Reps (or “Rounds”) As Possible. This means that you determine your pace and effort. Muscular endurance is challenged by the sheer reps and rounds you’ll be doing in a short amount of time. Do AMRAPs with friends to help push each other and build stronger friendships.
