🍫 OAT CUPS 🍫 By Doctorbowl I’m back with the most delicious recipe, that involves absolutely no baking. Plus they are vegan and gluten free. Andddd all you need is 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to prepare them. Lots of love, INGREDIENTS ▪️1 1/2 cup oats, GF if necessary ▪️1 tbsp chia seeds ▪️1/2 cup desiccated coconut ▪️7 dates, pitted ▪️1/4 cup almonds or any nut of your choice Toppings (optional): melted chocolate and crushed pistachios METHOD ▪️In a blender, blitz all the ingredients (apart from toppings). Use a large baking tray so you can spread the ingredients nicely, as much as possible. 🍎Bake on a pre-heated oven at 180C for 40mins. ‼️ it’s important here to mix regularly, 3-4 times, so the granola will cook evenly 👌🏼

4 ingredient toffee crisp. Makes 10 bars Ingredients for base: 12 large medjool dates,pitted 1/2 cup smooth almond butter (120g) 1.5 cups puffed quinoa (40g) Topping: 125g dark chocolate 1️⃣ Toast the puffed quinoa for 5 mins in the oven at 180C/350F so it’s crispy (don’t miss this step) 2️⃣ Add the dates and almond butter to a food processor and blend until smooth. Add 1-2 tbsp of water as you blend if needed (only if your dates are harder. You don’t want the mix to be too wet as it will make the quinoa soggy). 3️⃣ Add the puffed quinoa and pulse to mix well. Shape in mini bars and refrigerate whilst you melt the chocolate 4️⃣ Melt the chocolate and dip each of the bars and place back in the fridge to set
