It's been a hot wee minute since I posted anything because well life. Some major changes around here opportunities gained and lost new adventures that have been good and bad but always with lessons to learn! The good news is that I've been creating up a storm I've got a video scheduled to go up tomorrow and more in the can. Taking a little break from #100daysofalteredbookpages to share a WIP journal page. This is the first page I sat down to make in about 6 months so it makes it big. I had felt burnt out and uninspired and I just stopped. But slowly the itch came back and with the #100dayproject I'm having fun for the first time in ages. 8/100 I had so much fun with this one! This is my project for April for @birgits_mixed_media_art_crew and if you head over to that profile you'll see an IGTV video of how I created it! The girl came from an issue of Flow and you can bet your washi tape I copied her so I can use her again! Don't use your favourite ephemera only once!

I went with an abstract theme for 2/100 for my #100daysofalteredbookpages and I had a lot of fun creating it for sure. There's something very freeing about creating on a single sheet instead of in a journal I don't know what it is. Feeling good about the #100dayproject I think it's just the thing to get me out of my creative rut!
