Opt for wild-caught Pacific cod that is sustainably managed and responsibly harvested. Swap the brown sugar for maple syrup or agave. Instructions Lay the cod filets in a baking dish. Zest 1 orange and the lemon, then add to the fish. Squeeze the juice from the orange and lemon and drizzle over the top of the fish. Add ¼ cup of olive oil to the pan and cover. I have my recipe below for you or you can comment “BARBECUE” to have it sent straight to your DM’s! 🤍 Barbecue Sauce Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1 1/2 cups ketchup 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp pepper Pinch of cayenne Directions: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 mins, stir occasionally. Your sauce will be good for 2-3 weeks in the fridge!"
