This could be why your knee is giving you grief 😤 Start by adding rotation to your need by moving your tibia in and out. This is super tricky! If you’re struggling with knee pain, these four exercises might help. These four exercises strengthen the muscles surrounding your knees to help stabilize the knee joints. Note: These exercises will not help everyone with knee pain, only if the knee pain is caused by a lack of knee stability (this is often the case but not always).
