To jedna z moich ulubionych zup. Przyznam, że kiedy robię akurat tę pyszną i kremową zupę pomidorową z tortellini to jest ona zjedzona do ostatniej kropli 😉 Zupa ma mocno pomidorowy smak i może być zrobiona na bulionie albo rosole (np. z dnia poprzedniego), ale to dodatek tortellini sprawia, że jest ona tak wyjątkowa. Tortellini gotuje się bezpośrednio w zupie, wiec jest to danie całkowicie jednogarnkowe 😉 Moim zdaniem sezon na smaczne zupy trwa cały rok, ale to właśnie w sezonie jesienno – zi
