I'm always about a quick #easymeal 》this dish won't win beauty awards but DANG, it is so good!

What You Need:
 • 1 lb ground sausage
 • 1 Tbsp olive oil
 • 1 bell pepper, chopped
 • 1/2 small onion, chopped
 • 1 package EatNaturalHeaven rice
 • ½ tsp oregano
 • salt & pepper
 • 1/2 cup parmesan
 • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Cook sausage in skillet until no longer pink. Remove and set aside. Add oil to skillet and sauté veggies until tender. Mix sausage and rice in with the veggies then remove pan from heat. Stir in oregano, S&P, parmesan, and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Spread in a greased casserole dish and bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle on remaining mozzarella and cook an addition
