Magnesium and Vitamin D supplements - mag has helped me to chill out and feel more balanced than anything, and vitamin D is a major deficiency we experience since we are not out in the sun as much as we should be. 2. Get lab work done every 6 months. Much of how we feel mentally is dictated by hormone levels and other biomarkers.
