Sunday Kitchen on Instagram: "Arab Sweet Potatoes 1.5kgs sweet potatoes Washed really well with the skins kept on, cut up into large chunks Sea Salt Paprika 7 Spice Bharat Cracked pepper Ground cinnamon EVOO Date Syrup Eyeball the quantities based on what flavours you like more or less of Preheat the oven to 180 Massage the sweet potatoes really well with the marinade and place them on a lined baking tray. In a hot oven for 30 minutes or until mostly cooked through (might take longer depending on oven and thickness of potatoes) Then put the heat up tp 200 and cook for 15 minutes until slightly charred keep an eye on them because the sugar in the syrup will burn if you leave them in too long.
