With so many food trucks cruising around, it's no surprise that they are starting to get more creative with their art to differentiate themselves. The result is some really cool art on wheels, driving around various cities selling food. Here's a look at the designs we think are the most interesting right now (in no particular order)—but at the rate new trucks are opening, we may have to revisit this list again in a few months. "Falasophy".....a gourmet food truck that operates out of Orange County, California. The mobile restaurant specializes in Mediterranean Cuisine, including falafels and hummus made from fresh ingredients. The exterior of the truck mimics the fresh and vibrant menu. This company takes a different approach to the food truck experience by offering vegetarian dishes made from fresh ingredients.
