When working on that exercises make sure to ⬇️ 1- keep your hips on the floor and tailbone tucked under 2- when straightening the leg, think about squeezing the block to the floor with the back of your knee. 3- don’t crunch your toes, reach with your hills to the Achilles to lengthen your point.
