10min · 2 servings 4-ingredient Yogurt Covered Strawberries🤩 These are perfect for summer☀️😋 This makes about 2 servings Ingredients: • 10 strawberries For the yogurt layer: • 1/2 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (120 ml) • 1/2 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions: • 1. Mix the yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla together • 2. Dip the strawberries in the mixture and place them on a plate lined with parchment paper • 3. Freeze for 30-60 minutes, after 20 minutes you can dip them again for a thicker yogurt layer and then freeze for 30 minutes more.
