Plank Shoulder Taps
Plank shoulder taps. Get into a plank position with your knees on your smith ball. Slowly balance on one hand and tap your shoulder, then follow on the other hand. Try 3 sets of 10. For added difficulty balance the ball on your ankles. Make sure your back is 'set' meaning that your back is straight with no arch in it.

Stability ball abs... I love the stability ball, it's a great tool to use because it adds the need to balance, which works the big muscles and the intrinsic muscles (muscles that support your big muscles) to give you an all around workout. Start out by going into a pushup position with your hands on the ball and your feet on the ground. Hold for 30 seconds. Once you master this move, you can start pulling a knee up to the ball and balance, and then place your foot back on the ground.
Stability Ball Roll-Out
Stability Ball Roll-Out. A great core workout. Put your arms/elbows on your stability ball, then roll out as far as you can while still being able to hold your back flat (do not round your back) and then roll back in. Try 3 sets of 5, or if you're more advance 3 sets of 12. Make sure you have perfect form!
